New nature film "Along the Blue Ridge Parkway"

From the highest peak at Mount Mitchell all the way to Price Lake we were amazed of the beauty along the Blue Ridge Parkway. The Black mountains are the highest mountains in the Eastern United States, and culminate in Mount Mitchell at 6,684 feet (2,037.3 m) above sea level. It is ideal to make time lapses there at least if you don't have any fog. Most impressive for me was the Linville Gorge with the Linville Falls little challenge to crawl down to the river with all the equipment but well worth it.Met nice people at the visitor cabin that pointed us out to wisemans view and told us about something we never heard of "the brown mountain lights" they come out at night they said. The Brown Mountain Lights are one of the most famous of North Carolina legends. One early account of the lights dates from September 24, 1913, as reported in the Charlotte Daily Observer.unfortunately we didn't have time left over to film them so just another reason to go back. The Linville Gorge Wilderness also called "The Grand Canyon of the east" was just stunning to see wished we had more time there. The day we went to Price Lake there was almost no wind so perfect to capture the reflection of Price Lake. We loved all the beautiful overlooks of the parkway.Hope you will enjoy to watch along the Blue Ridge Parkway.
